DOCUMENTATION
The paperwork portion of the delivery process will take from 15 to 45 minutes. The following items are required at delivery:
Photo Identification
For each person on the paperwork
Trade-In Registration
Please bring all available keys, services records & radio codes
Void Checks
One each for ICBC and banks
Two Complete Personal References, If requested
Proof of Incomes, If requested
Balance of Down payment

The Perfect time to personalize and protect your vehicle is at the time of purchase. Optional accessories, as well as environmental and financial protection may be including in your monthly finance or lease payments!Accessory items are numerous. Popular items include Alarms, All Weather Mats, Window Visitor, Chrome Exterior Trim, Spoiler, MP3 Players and Auxiliary Jacks.
Environmental Protection options maintain the interior and exterior of your vehicle, while protecting your paint and interior from harmful exposure .The most popular options are Window Tint, Paint and fabric Protections, Rust Inhibitor, Undercoating, and ClearBra stone chip Protection.
Lastly, you have the options of protecting your personal finance by including credit insurance to cover your payments in the event of illness or disability. This coverage is very affordable and offers complete financial peace of mind.
Extended Warranty Coverage
Extended mechanical services coverage is an important option we encourage all customers to consider. While HONDA vehicles are the most reliable, occasionally mechanical breakdown does occur. Your business manager will review the options that make sense for you.
ICBC / Insurance
Richmond Honda will arrange for an ICBC agent from Hub International to meet you at the dealership at time of delivery. ICBC accepts cash, credit card or deferred monthly billing (with void check).The insurance portion of delivery will take approximately 20 minutes.
Time Schedule
Our Delivery Coordinator will explain the complete operation of your new vehicle, including warranty coverage and maintenance schedules.
For your convenience, please budget at least an hour or more when picking up your vehicle for complete documents, arranging insurances, and learning the operating features of your new vehicle.
